Ezequiel Torres
District Men's Director

Ezequiel Torres es un hombre que Dios le ha dotado de muchos talentos. Lo caracteriza su pasión por la música, el cantico, la enseñanza, y la predica. Por sus capacidades ha impactado a muchos. Desde temprana edad demostró su amor por Jesus y su anhelo en servirle lo llevo a servir en varias capacidades tales como vicepresidente Asociación Embajadores de Cristo, Pastor Asociado y luego Pastor de El Shaddai Asamblea de Dios, Maestro del Instituto Bíblico Ebenezer y hoy de Ladsom, Presbitero de Seccion por 7 años. Hoy es el director del Ministerio de varones del distrito Mediano Oeste de las Asambles de Dios. Su aspiración es de inculcar en que cada varón a que tome su lugar de posición que Dios le ha dado como cabeza y como sacerdote y que sea un varón presente en lo que respecta su familia y su Iglesia. Ezequiel demuestra un amor profundo por su amada esposa, Zenaida y ha sido bendecido con una linda familia, Ezequiel, Emanuel y Adianez, y dos nietos, Julius y Emilio que son la felicidad y alegría de su hogar. Ezequiel Torres is a man that God has gifted with many talents. He is characterizes with a passion for music, singing, teaching, and preaching. Because of his charisma he has been able to impact people in many different levels. It was since his childhood that he showed a deep love for Jesus. His desire to serve God allowed him to serve in various capacities such as vice president of the Association Ambassadors of Christ, Associate Pastor and then Pastor of Shaddai Assembly of God, Teacher of the Ebenezer Bible Institute and today Ladsom, Sectional Presbyter and he also served as an Executive presbyter within the MLAD A/G. Today he is the director of the Men’s Ministry of the MLAD district in the Assembly of God. His passion is to instill in each man to take the position that God has given them as the head & priest of the home and to be a “present dad” in regards to his family and the Church. Ezequiel shows a deep love for his beloved spouse, Zenaida and has been blessed with a beautiful family, Ezequiel & Sarah, Emanuel, Adianez, and two grandchildren, Julius and Emilio which are joy of His home.

Abe Garcia
Assistant Men's Director

Abe is passionate about connecting others to Jesus! He (along with his wife Abby and their two children Josiah and Mariana) currently serves as the Lead Pastor at El Shaddai A/G Church in Flint, MI. Abe has made a tremendous impact within the Midwest Latin American District with his involvement in District, Sectional and local church ministries for over fifteen years. To see men have an encounter with God, be called to ministry and pursue that calling is the fuel that drives what he does. He & Abby are avid fans of any sport or activity their two kids are involved in. Whether it be basketball, soccer, baseball, plays or presentations, they are always there to cheer them on! Along with family he loves to fish, play the drums, eat and Star Wars!! Favorite quote: “Try not. Do or do not. There is no try.” -Yoda ¡Abe es apasionado en conectar a otros a Jesús! Él (junto con su esposa Abby y sus dos hijos Josiah y Mariana) actualmente sirve como el Pastor principal en la iglesia El Shaddai A/G en Flint Michigan. Abe ha hecho un tremendo impacto en el distrito de Mediano Oeste Latino Americano con su participación al nivel distrital, seccional y Ministerios de iglesia locales por más de quince años. El ver que los hombres tengan un encuentro con Dios, verlos ser llamados al Ministerio y que cumplan con ello es el gas que lo hace continuar haciendo lo que él hace. El y Abby son fanaticos de cualquier deporte o actividad en que sus dos hijos están involucrados. Ya sea baloncesto, fútbol, béisbol, juegos o presentaciones, ¡siempre están ahí para animarles! Junto con la familia le gusta pescar, tocar la batería, comer y ver a Star Wars!!!! Su dicho favorito: "No intentes. Hazlo o no lo hagas, pero intentar jamás.”-Yoda

Juan Mejia
MMOV Staff / Minnesota Section Leader

Casado con Deysi Mejía, padre de 5 hijos. Miembro activo de la Iglesia Mahanaim en Willmar, Minnesota desde el año 2014 donde serví como líder de varones durante 3 años y actualmente soy directivo de la misma. Actualmente, desempeño el cargo de Líder de Varones en la sección del Estado de Minnesota. Completé los tres niveles de estudios bíblicos en, Latín American District School of Ministry (LADSOM), culminando con un semestre en Practica Ministerial en Global University. Married to Deysi Mejía, father of 5 children. Active member of the Mahanaim Church in Willmar, Minnesota since 2014 where I served as the Men's leader for 3 years and I am currently a manager of it. Currently serves as the Men's Director in the Minnesota Section. Has completed the three levels of Bible studies with the Latin American District School of Ministry (LADSOM), as well as one semester in Ministerial Practice at Global University.

Alberto Melendez
MMOV Staff / Michigan Section Leader

Alberto Melendez, casado con Gladys Meléndez por 32 años. Tiene tres varones: Alberto Jr., Abel, Ángel, y un nieto varón, Román. Fue criado en el evangelio y es músico percusionista. Fue graduado del instituto Ebenezer. Actualmente es un estudiante de LADSOM y es el líder de varones de la sección de Michigan de varones y es parte del liderazgo de Agua Viva del Centro Cristiano de Auburn Hills Alberto Melendez, married to Gladys Meléndez for 32 years. He has three boys: Alberto Jr., Abel, Ángel, and a grandson, Román. He was raised in the gospel and is a percussion musician. He graduated from Ebenezer High School. He is currently a LADSOM student and is the male leader of the Michigan male section and is part of the Agua Viva leadership of the Auburn Hills Christian Center
